Today, we proudly introduce the 15 exceptional mentees selected for Cohort 4 of BR Institute’s “Entrepreneurship with Bola Ray” — a new generation of bold thinkers, emerging leaders, and ambitious entrepreneurs who have chosen to invest in themselves, their ideas, and their future.

They come from different backgrounds, carrying different experiences, aspirations, and business ideas. Yet, they share one powerful ambition: to grow beyond where they are today and create meaningful impact through entrepreneurship and leadership.

Over the coming weeks, Cohort 4 will embark on an intensive journey of learning, mentorship, and practical development. They will engage with experienced mentors and industry leaders, gain real-world insights, challenge conventional thinking, strengthen their entrepreneurial capabilities, build valuable networks, and, most importantly, learn to think bigger about what is possible.

This is more than a classroom.

It is a space where ideas are tested, assumptions are challenged, confidence is built, and potential is transformed into purposeful action.
